Infused Banana Bread
½ cup of canna
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
½ cup toasted
3 bananas mashed well
2 tbs yogurt
1 ½ cups of
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
Mix oil, sugar,
eggs, banana, vanilla and yogurt until well incorporated.
In a separate bowl
mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add the
powder mixture with the banana mixture, until there are no clumps in
the batter. Add in the nuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
Grease and lightly dust
your bread pan or cupcake tin with flour; then pour batter.

degrees for 45 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes

350 degrees for 15 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center
comes out clean
This Banana Bread is
simple, quick, great with your midday coffee and absolutely
delicious. After a day full of cooking at work a quick recipe like
this is always why I like to keep this banana bread on deck.
